Two full sessions - Intuitive Wellness and Reiki! This is a great way to get on track with healing and to move forward with the tools to achieve your goals. In your Intuitive Wellness session, we will discuss your physical, emotional and spiritual issues and needs. Get recommendations for herbal and essential oil allies as well as activities that will enhance your wellness journey. We will come up with a plan to make changes - changes that will bring you joy and ease. Using light touch Reiki, I will help the energy to flow smoothly through your chakras, address any physical or emotional issues you may be having by sending love energy through your body and assist your body in relaxation so it can heal itself. We will finish the session with a discussion of information gained during the Reiki Session, any psychic insights or direction and what to expect moving forward. This is a perfect choice for a first-time appointment or for someone who releases energy through speaking. This beautiful healing session lasts 1 3/4 hours. Available in Billings.
